For Neurodivergent Therapists 12 Years · SLP · ADHD · Community Builder
Hi, I'm Alexandria — SLP, ADHD entrepreneur, community builder, and speaker. I'm here to connect neurodivergent therapists with the community they've been missing, coach them to build practices on their own terms, and help organizations create workplaces where every brain is genuinely valued.
Hey, I'm Alexandria
"I spent years feeling like my ADHD brain was a liability. Turns out, it was my greatest entrepreneurial strength."
I've been an SLP for 12 years — in schools, in private practice, and everywhere in between. And for most of those years, I thought I had to mask my way through a profession that wasn't built for brains like mine.
Now? I'm building the community I wish had existed when I was starting out. A space where neurodivergent therapists can find each other, share what's actually working, and build practices that feel sustainable — not just survivable.
ADHD-diagnosed and deeply proud of it. My experience living and working with ADHD informs everything I teach, coach, and speak about. If your brain works differently, this is the place for you.
The Mission
Neurodivergent therapists are some of the most empathetic, creative, and deeply attuned clinicians in the field. But the profession's systems — rigid schedules, paperwork-heavy workflows, neurotypical workplace norms — can make us feel like we're personally failing when we're actually just operating in the wrong environment. I'm here to help you build a different one.
What I Offer
Whether you want to book me for a talk, build your practice, or just find your people — here's where we begin.
Keynotes and workshops on neuroinclusive workplaces and neurodivergent advocacy — for conferences, universities, healthcare orgs, school districts, and corporate teams ready to actually do the work.
Explore Speaking Topics →Strategy sessions designed for how our brains actually work. Whether you're starting fresh or scaling what you've built, I'll help you create a practice that fits your life — not the other way around.
Explore Coaching →The Instagram community for SLPs and allied health professionals who are done masking at work. Come for the resources, stay for the people who finally "get" you.
Join the Community →Speaking Engagements
Alexandria brings 12 years of clinical experience, lived ADHD expertise, and a refreshingly real approach to every stage. No corporate-speak. No performative allyship checklists. Just honest, grounded conversations that move the needle.
Practical, jargon-free frameworks for organizations ready to move past the poster on the wall and into structural change that actually supports neurodivergent employees.
The systems weren't built for us — but we can change them. This talk explores how neurodivergent professionals and allies can advocate from the inside out.
For managers, supervisors, and team leads who want to genuinely support neurodivergent staff — not just say the right things in the HR meeting.
The real talk on what it takes to start and sustain a private practice when your brain doesn't do things the "standard" way — and why that's actually an advantage.
Available for keynotes, workshops, panels, and trainings — virtual and in-person. Fill this out and I'll be in touch within 48 hours.
1:1 Business Coaching
I spent years figuring out how to run a private practice as an ADHD therapist — the systems, the boundaries, the business side nobody taught us in grad school. Now I help other neurodivergent therapists shortcut that process with strategy sessions built around how we actually think and work.
One focused 60-minute session to cut through the noise — clarify your niche, map your services, and leave with a concrete action plan that your ADHD brain can actually execute.
Book a Session →Six weekly sessions walking you through every stage of launching your practice — built around realistic goals, ND-friendly systems, and honest support for the overwhelm along the way.
Book a Session →Already in practice but want consistent, ND-aware support? Monthly check-ins to troubleshoot, plan, and keep your practice aligned with your strengths — not draining them.

The Community
No masking. No neurotypical norms. No "why can't you just..." energy. Just neurodivergent therapists showing up for each other — sharing what works, celebrating the wins, and being honest about the hard parts. It's free, it's on Instagram, and it's growing every day.
Hyperfocus spirals, late replies, big ideas at 11pm — all welcome here. This community was built around the reality of our brains, not a sanitized version of them.
From practice-building tips to ND-affirming clinical tools, the community feed is built to be immediately useful — not just aspirational.
No highlight reels. Real conversations from real therapists who are figuring it out, one brain at a time.

"I;m not sure who was more excited about this presentation, myself or all my coworkers that suggested I attend.
I'm so grateful for this session!
I've been following Alexandria for three months and her content has completely shifted how I think about my ADHD in my practice. I finally feel like I'm not broken. I'm just wired differently.
